Right before school was out, I did some online shopping and splurged on my Erin Condren Teacher Lesson Planner. It was on sale for Teacher’s Appreciation month and I was fortunate enough to get 20% off, which pretty much how I justified this purchase. I was going crazy tracking the order status and shipping and was so happy when it finally arrived. I thought I’d be spending time right away writing in dates, but it was just so pretty and overwhelming, that I didn’t want to mess anything up. Because, of course, I’m going to skip a date and then EVERYTHING else will be thrown off. The problem is, I don’t like to write in pencil, so I was afraid I’d ruin a page or two somehow by having to scribble something out. So….it sat on my desk for about a month before I even attempted to write in it. Here are just a couple of photos of my planner. If you’d like to see what every page looks like, click the link above. She has a great 9 minute video walk through of the planner on there.
This is the style I ordered. I really loved how the writing stood out against the chalkboard background.
If you are looking for a different cover, don’t worry. She has 25 different covers to choose one. There is definitely something for everyone!
These are some of the pages inside. The top picture shows a monthly layout. I plan on using this to write in major dates and school events.
The bottom picture shows the weekly lesson plan pages. I just love the colors and there is plenty of space to write in each thing I want to accomplish for every subject. Can you tell that I’m an over-planner? Basically my first week of school, except for science is already planned.

But wait. I previously said that I was too afraid of writing in my planner. Well, I was until I found these amazing pens! I love that they have a gel-like texture, but even more importantly, they erase, but not like those old-school PaperMate erasable pens that I used in elementary school. These actually erase pretty well and even better, it doesn’t leave those little bits of eraser shavings all over the paper. 🙂 They sell these pens, along with other Frixion erasable products such as markers and highlighters on Amazon. I have yet to find them in stores, but I have heard of some who were luckily enough to spot them at Target.
